Panel 1:
A doctor stands next to a man in a hospital bed. The patient has a leg in a cast, a thermometer in his mouth, an ice pack on his head, and an IV in his arm.
Patient: Give it to me straight, doc. Am I gonna make it?

Panel 2:
The doctor looks worried and flips through a clipboard.
Doctor: Well, it's hard to say until the labs get back...

Panel 3:
Several Labrador dogs wearing scrubs and white coats rush into the room, barking. The Doctor and Patient look at them with a smile.
Doctor: Oh! Here they are now!
Patient: Awwww! Well hello there sweet lil' fluffers!

Panel 4:
A Labrador retriever in a white coat puts its paw on the Patient's arm comfortingly. It is rendered in a much more realistic art style than anything else. The Patient looks shocked, and the Doctor looks sad and does a small prayer.
Labrador: Mr. Smith? You have three days to live. I'm so sorry.
