Panel 1:
Two unknown individuals watch Sonia's interview on a TruePad in the middle of a crowd. In the background we can see Ben Greene gearing up for his next Robo Rumpus match. In the TruePad, Sonia speaks to the camera, smiling.
Tasha (offscreen): So Sonia, how involved is the Trueman family behind the scenes?
Sonia: Well... I personally won't be a part of operations until I graduate from True U.
Panel 2:
A polaroid shows Sonia's family posing for a photo a few years back: her father Abe, her mother Amelia, Sonia (age 12), Beth, Trey, Tess, Finn, and Seth (a newborn held in his mother's arms. The voiceover continues over the photo.
Sonia: My father felt his children should be protected from that world until we have a bit more life experience.
Tasha: ...Interesting. Sheltered from what, do you think?
Panel 3:
A side view of Sonia and Tasha. Sasha looks resigned and exasperated, Tasha leans in playfully.
Sonia: Um... the pressures of leadership and public scrutiny, I assume.
Tasha: Not deep dark corporate secrets?
Sonia: ...Not to my knowledge, no. Sorry to disappoint!
Tasha: Fine, we'll get to those later. Proceed!
Panel 4:
A panel showing Sonia's grandmother Eloise. She has her arms folded and looks at the viewer confidently and a little menacingly. Behind her, six security cameras extend in different directions, and she is backlit by several glowing monitors.
Sonia (offscreen): Right, well... my grandmother is CEO now, as you know. She stays quite busy, and does like to keep a close eye on operations.
Panel 5:
A panel showing a white man with red hair swept back. He is wearing a white lab coat and glasses with thick purple rims. Tasha pokes her head in in front of him, breaking the fourth wall.
Sonia: And the Chief Science Officer has always been my uncle C--
Tasha (interrupting): Let's pause there, I'd like to talk about Eloise Trueman some more.

Tasha (offscreen): How's your relationship with your grandma?
Sonia: Oh! Well. You know... Gran just... wants what's best for her family!
Tasha: High standards, I take it?
Sonia: Well... I mean... there is a lot to live up to.
Tasha: Helicopter grandmom. Got it.
Sonia: Oh god. I really hope she doesn't watch this...
Tasha: On that we can agree!

Back on track, thank you for your patience! In case you forgot, we met Sonia's five younger siblings waaaay back in Chapter One. That photo was taken around 6 years before the present day!
